"We are excited about the growth opportunities for XPER and the value that it will bring to our customers. Our customers will have shorter lead times due to manufacturing out of one central location all while receiving increased product availability and increased technical expertise. We took two competing businesses and brought them together for the purpose of being one incredibly strong team to serve our customers. Customers no longer have to pick and choose. They will have all options in one location.
We are also dedicated to our men and women in law enforcement. As a subsidiary of XPER, ISV will continue to outfit enforcement vehicles for protecting our hometown families. The law enforcement community knows us well and that will not change. We will continue to keep them safe.
As my fellow colleague Vince Nardy mentioned, we have four core values. With combining team members, we have reinforced these values to them and reset their mindset. They know that this is a new beginning. They know that they are valued. They have a new outlook and it is positive. We are very much about developing a positive culture around these core values not only to each other, but to our customers and community as well.
I also want to touch on our dedication to our veterans. It is important for us to realize that we may have saved their life with the products that we have produced throughout the years. Our employees have tremendous respect and pride. This is how our employees support their troops. We know that we have a greater purpose in this world and using our knowledge to create protective, survivable solutions is doing our part. We also employ over 30 veterans. We are actively recruiting post-service. It’s important that they have a sense of belonging in the workforce, but also for the invaluable knowledge that they bring to the table."
